criminal record search, driving history and employment history verification.
Many clients request a broader investigation on managers, executives, team
leaders and other key employees. This type of investigation usually
includes a criminal record search, driving history, employment history
verification, education verification, reference interviews, credit report and a
civil record search.
Tenant Screening
We can verify the tenants address history,
current employment, obtain a credit report (with signed release),
conduct a criminal record search and past payment history.
On-Site Public Record/Criminal Record searches
We are highly experienced in the field of public record research. We understand how the records are filed and maintained and how to physically search and retrieve them. In New York our employees cover Long Island, NYC, the lower Hudson Valley and select up-state counties. Outside this area we use highly experienced independent researchers and private investigators to physically search and obtain the records that fall within the search parameters. We take the raw data obtained during the on-site search and compile it into a concise easy to read report.
Criminal records in NYS: We have direct access to the NYS statewide criminal history search program. A full DOB and name are required for this search. The turn around time is one business day. The required state fee is $55.00. We also offer on-site criminal record searches in the counties and towns/villages/cities in NYS that still allow access to these records.
Outside NYS: We can provide you with public record and criminal record searches throughout the USA through our network of highly experienced independent researches and private investigators. We take the raw data obtained during the on-site search and compile it into a concise easy to read report.
Motor Vehicle/Driving/Insurance records from NYS and other states
We are linked directly to the NYS DMV and can obtain registration, title, insurance and driving histories within one business day.
We are linked directly to many other states and have access to official resellers that either physically drop off and pickup requests at the DMV or can provide access to the official records.
A permissible purpose is required to obtain DMV records.
